Returns Policy

We aim for all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Please note the following conditions of sale.

All Flower Industries’ products are handmade. Each batch differs slightly from one another, even if they are the same product. We see these minor differences as part of the charm and individuality of handmade products rather than defects.

We do not accept returned goods if you have simply changed your mind. But if the product is faulty, please get in touch within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
