Avocado – used to moisturise and condition skin. Contains vitamins A, C & E.
Castor – a ‘super oil’ with both antioxidant and antibacterial properties.
Coconut – prized for its ability to moisturise the skin and hair it has a lovely mild, nutty aroma. Solid at room temperature but has a melting point of 23-26C (hence the tip to keep your products cool). Fractionated coconut oil is virgin coconut oil that has been distilled, meaning it stays liquid at cooler temperatures.
Evening Primrose Oil – soothes and moistures the skin and scalp while enhancing elasticity. Traditionally used as a wound healer.
Jojoba – technically a wax, this balancing oil closely resembles our natural skin sebum so naturally its a go-to for moisturising skin and hair.
Olive – a rich, heavy oil with a high aroma. A great all-round oil that helps your skin feel ‘youthfully’ smooth.
Sweet Almond – known for its nourishing and calming effects on the skin, it is absorbed without leaving a residue. A power packed oil it contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, D & E as well as magnesium and calcium.
Vitamin E – has great antioxidant powers which make it an effective skin conditioner and protector.
